1. Exclude Specific Products in Automatic Discounts & Discount Codes

Description: Previously, merchants had to create separate collections to exclude specific products or variants from discounts, increasing operational workload. Now, with SHOPLINE’s new exclusion capability, merchants can directly exclude products or variants within Order Discounts, Product Discounts, and Shipping Discounts. This eliminates manual collection management and provides greater control over marketing costs in discount campaigns.

2. SHOPLINE Payments Now Supports Three Local European Payment Methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, and Przelewy24)

Description: SHOPLINE Payments now supports iDEAL, Bancontact, and Przelewy24, three widely used local payment methods in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland. This integration allows merchants to reach more customers, enhance the shopping experience, and drive higher conversion rates.

1. Dual Membership: Earn by Spending or Paying

Merchants can now create Dual Memberships, combining Tiered and Paid Memberships for greater flexibility in customer management. Available in the Pro Plan, this feature helps identify high-value customers, optimize segmentation, and boost revenue.

Membership types under each level:

  • Basic Member: Earns membership by reaching a spending threshold.
  • Paid Member (Pro Plan only): Purchases membership directly.
  • Dual Member (Pro Plan only): Qualifies by spending or paying.

This feature enhances customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue opportunities while streamlining membership management.

POS & Multichannel Connect Enhancements

1. Improved POS Register Occupancy Management

Description

This feature optimizes register usage by ensuring a register is only occupied when a staff member is logged in and "On Shift." This prevents idle registers, maximizes efficiency, and improves store operations.

By streamlining occupancy management, merchants can reduce downtime, enhance workflow, and ensure registers actively serve customers when needed, improving overall resource management.

2. Enhanced POS Operation User Log Filtering

Description: The POS Operation User Log now includes advanced filtering by store dimensions in the Admin Panel and cashier points in the POS App. This enhancement improves operational oversight, allowing merchants to track sensitive activities, ensure compliance, and quickly identify discrepancies across multiple locations.

Filtering options include:

  • Search: Locate logs by entering details or the operator’s name.
  • Event Filtering: Filter by operation type (e.g., settings, checkout, reconciliation, smart inventory management, etc.). Secondary filtering allows for more precise results.
  • Time Period Filtering: Select a date range (logs retained for up to three months based on store time zone settings).

1. Partner Portal Introduces Onboarding Guideline Cards

Description: The Partner Portal now includes Onboarding Guideline Cards to enhance the registration experience. During onboarding, the system gathers partners' goals and provides tailored dashboard guidance based on their specific partnership intentions. This feature streamlines the onboarding process and boosts conversion efficiency.

2. Product Review App Adds New Filter Condition for Customer Replies

Description: The Product Review App now includes a new customer reply filter, enabling merchants to efficiently manage reviews based on the presence of replies.

New Features:

  • Customer Reply Filter: Merchants can filter reviews based on whether customer replies are present.
  • Enhanced Review Display: Reviews now showcase stars, ratings, and review count for better visibility.
  • Customizable Merchant Response Label: The default label "merchant" can now be customized to reflect the brand’s name.

  • Optimized Password Protected Area: A close button prevents the password block from obstructing the preview screen.
  • Improved Mobile Preview: Merchants can now preview their store across different devices.
  • Updated Feature Guidelines: Merchants receive prompts when adding components for the first time.

1. Improved Enterprise Sandbox Store Creation Process

Description: The Enterprise Sandbox Store setup process has been enhanced to provide a more seamless experience for partners. New enhancements include:

  • Mock Data Import Option: Choose between a pre-configured environment with mock data or a blank store for more flexibility.
  • Clearer Progress Tracking: A real-time progress bar now provides visibility into the store creation process.
  • Exit Warnings: Users attempting to leave during setup will receive a browser alert, preventing accidental exits and potential data loss.
  • Unified Prompt System: Conflicting success and failure messages caused by mock data processing delays have been resolved, ensuring clear and consistent notifications.

These updates enhance usability, improve guidance, and create a more seamless onboarding experience for partners.
