This month’s updates focus on helping merchants create smoother customer experiences and more efficient operations across SHOPLINE’s ecosystem. From seamless subscription migrations and automated payment continuity to enhanced post-purchase visibility, affiliate flexibility, and smarter POS and inventory tools, every enhancement is designed to reduce friction, strengthen brand trust, and accelerate growth.
Whether you’re managing recurring payments, optimizing checkout flows, or syncing products across channels, these updates make it easier than ever to run—and scale—your business with confidence.
The new Subscription Payment Token Migration feature enables merchants to securely transfer existing Stripe or PayPal payment tokens when moving to SHOPLINE Subscriptions. This ensures customers remain billed without needing to re-enter payment details, maintaining seamless recurring payment continuity throughout the migration process.
Subscription migrations often risk payment interruptions and failed renewals, leading to customer churn. By automating token transfers, SHOPLINE eliminates manual payment updates, reduces migration friction, and gives merchants the confidence to transition platforms without disrupting revenue or subscriber relationships.
The Affiliate Marketing App now allows merchants to edit affiliate referral codes and generate unique, product-level referral links directly from the Affiliate Details page in the admin console. This enhancement gives merchants greater flexibility to manage affiliate campaigns and enables more accurate tracking of referral-driven sales.

With editable referral codes and product-specific links, merchants can easily tailor affiliate campaigns to highlight particular products, promotions, or seasons—without relying on manual workarounds. This improved precision enhances how merchants attribute commissions and evaluate affiliate performance, driving smarter, more targeted marketing.
The POS system now includes a built-in gift card lookup feature, allowing staff to instantly view a card’s balance, status, and transaction history directly within the interface. This enhancement streamlines service, improves checkout efficiency, and empowers staff to resolve inquiries on the spot.

By eliminating the need for associates to leave the POS to verify gift card information, this update minimizes workflow interruptions and shortens customer wait times. The result is a faster, smoother checkout experience that enhances both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The upgraded Smart Inventory Management (SIM) interface in POS is now optimized for large-scale data handling and multi-SKU operations. Staff can perform critical inventory tasks—like cycle counting and product lookup—faster and even offline, with data syncing automatically once connectivity is restored.

Inventory management is the backbone of retail operations. This update eliminates workflow disruptions caused by large catalogs or network instability, ensuring staff can manage inventory efficiently across multiple SKUs while maintaining real-time accuracy.
The Multichannel Connect (MCC) app now includes enhanced product association logic with expanded data fields and smarter matching rules. It automatically links products between SHOPLINE and external channel catalogs by prioritizing identifiers such as Seller SKU, Barcode/EAN, and Product Name, ensuring more accurate and efficient synchronization.
Accurate product matching is essential for seamless multichannel selling. The upgraded logic significantly reduces manual setup work, improves match rates, and prevents costly inventory discrepancies like overselling—helping merchants maintain consistent, reliable data across all sales channels.
