This month’s product updates deliver powerful new capabilities across SHOPLINE Ecommerce, SmartPush, Open Platform, and Admin—designed to give merchants greater control, flexibility, and efficiency across every part of their business. From localized pricing and dynamic merchandising to unified campaign tracking, open-source storefront components, and streamlined billing, these releases strengthen the core SHOPLINE experience while helping merchants operate smarter, scale faster, and convert more customers across global markets.
Whether you’re optimizing your storefront, improving marketing performance, or simplifying backend operations, this month’s enhancements are built to drive meaningful impact and long-term growth.
Localized compare-at pricing enables merchants to set unique “was” and “now” prices for each market, ensuring shoppers see accurate, region-specific discounts. Instead of relying on a single global compare-at price, brands can now tailor discount displays to local expectations, profit margins, and promotional strategies.

Global brands often struggle with inconsistent or misleading discount displays when operating across multiple regions. A single global compare-at price fails to reflect true localized promotions, leading to missed conversions and inconsistent brand perception. By enabling market-specific compare-at prices, merchants can present clear, transparent pricing that resonates with regional shoppers and supports stronger sales performance.
The new “All Products” customization feature gives merchants complete control over how products appear on their main catalog page. By linking the default “All Products” page to a chosen collection, merchants can tailor product order, highlight priority items, and optimize URLs for better search performance—all while keeping the familiar navigation label customers expect.

The default “All Products” page often constrained merchants who needed more control during key campaigns, seasonal pushes, or product launches. Without the ability to adjust product order or optimize URLs, brands struggled to direct shoppers’ attention to strategic items or improve search discoverability. With full customization now available, merchants can better align merchandising with marketing goals and deliver a more guided shopping experience.
SmartPush now enables merchants to create fully custom UTM parameters for both email and SMS campaigns. Instead of relying on generic system-generated UTMs, marketers can now define their own source, medium, and campaign names to ensure consistent, accurate tracking across every channel.

Inconsistent UTM naming and values makes it difficult to accurately compare performance across marketing channels. For brands running ads, email, and SMS simultaneously, mismatched tracking can lead to fragmented analytics and misleading attribution. With custom UTM settings, merchants can standardize their tracking logic, unify campaign reporting, and gain clearer insights into what drives conversions.
The new Section Gallery app brings a fully open-source component library to SHOPLINE Theme 3.0, giving merchants greater flexibility and control over designs and customizations of their storefronts. With modular, customizable components, merchants can enhance both desktop and mobile layouts while ensuring a consistent user experience across the entire store.

Rigid, non open source component libraries limited creativity and customization options. Merchants couldn’t easily adapt components to match their brand identity or unique layout needs. By introducing an open-source, highly customizable component library, merchants can now tailor every part of their storefront, down to the very last detail.
SHOPLINE’s restructured Plan module delivers a unified, streamlined billing management experience by consolidating all store plans, paid apps, and additional service charges into one intuitive view. Merchants can now manage subscriptions, payment methods, and billing records with far greater ease and efficiency—without navigating across multiple pages.

This update gave us an important opportunity to streamline the admin experience by eliminating the fragmented, multi-page billing workflow that previously caused confusion, slowed financial reconciliation, and increased the risk of missed payments. With a centralized billing module, merchants now gain full visibility and control over all charges in one place—resulting in clearer financial tracking, faster decision-making, and far fewer operational headaches.
