SmartPush, SHOPLINE’s integrated marketing automation tool, now connects directly with the Subscription App. Merchants can segment users and trigger automations based on real-time subscription events, such as billing success, cancellations, or new contract creation.
Merchants previously had to rely on manual segmentation and delayed response times. With real-time triggers, you can now automatically engage customers at key moments in their subscription journey.
The new Subscription App v2.0 introduces flexible contract options, customizable bundles, and tiered discounting. It integrates with SmartPush for automated re-engagement and offers plug-and-play components for quick deployment and contract migration.
